Madhavi Bhoompalli, DDS
Dr. Bhoompalli’s philosophy is that the first step in achieving optimal personal health is maintaining a healthy mouth.

She believes trust is key in dentistry and values supporting patients in their journey toward better health.
Education and Achievements
Dr. Bhoompalli, a 2007 graduate of NYU College of Dentistry, has practiced in Atlanta since. She is a member of the Georgia Dental Association and Academy of General Dentistry and was recognized as one of "America's Top Dentists" in 2009. She also has advanced training in Invisalign® and implant dentistry.
Azad Faris, DDS
Meet Azad Faris, DDS. Dr. Faris has been practicing dentistry since 2005.
Education
He graduated from the UCLA School of Dentistry in 2005 and continues his training by participating in continuing education courses, which account for tens of hours keeping up to date on dental methods every year.
Achievements
Dr. Faris has advanced training in surgical procedures, such as sinus lifts and dental implant placement, from the University of Miami. Additionally, he is a member of the American Dental Association.
Priyanka J. Patel, DDS
Dr. Priyanka J. Patel is dedicated to providing comprehensive dental care with a focus on patient comfort and maintaining healthy smiles.
Experience & Achievements
Dr. Patel has experience in cosmetic, restorative, preventive, and surgical dentistry, including crowns and bridges, root canal treatments, and tooth extractions. She is Invisalign certified and experienced in advanced dental technologies, including iTero scanning and CEREC same-day crowns. Her approach emphasizes patient education, personalized treatment planning, and quality dental care.
Education
Dr. Patel graduated from New York University College of Dentistry in 2020 with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. She earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2015.

- Experience: 6 years Experience.
- Juan loves getting to know different patients and helping them achieve the smile of their dreams. He enjoys weightlifting and trying new restaurants in his free time, and spending time with his loved ones.
Chi Lam

- Education: Clayton State University, Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene.
- Experience: 5 years Experience
- Chi’s goal is to help patients achieve optimal dental wellness. Chi likes to see the overall change and patients’ oral health and habits over time. In her free time, Chi likes to cook, bake, and do crafts.
Halley Cunningham
Office Manager
- Certifications: CPR certified and X-Ray certified, schedule institute.
- Education: Georgia Gwinnett College, Bachelor’s degree with a major in biology.
- Experience: 20 years experience.
- We have a small local practice and would love to see our office continue to grow as we help members of our community with their smiles. I love that our office is small and how we can personalize each patient’s needs.
- Halley has a blended family with seven children, and she loves spending time with the kids in the garden, or playing baseball in the front yard.
